I was thinking of getting this case because it looks epic. But does the motherboard have to be a certain size to fit in? Because this case looks big.

No, from scanning over the specs it looks like it fits just about all motherboards (ATX, micro ATX and extended ATX) xP

Depends on which Graphics card u are using.
Some video cards use PCI/PCI-E x16/ PCI-Ex16 2.0

Same thing with Bluetooth card but I think the bluetooth will use a standard PCI card.

BTW case and XFX 790i are both good parts.

I'm not familiar with bluetooth chip's interface but the newer graphics cards use PCI-E 2.0, just check the specs for 'interface' and that'll tell you what you need.

The bluetooth chip I wont install since I have a USB Bluetooth thing, and for graphic card would this be alright.
