Okay well heres what i need to do and dont know the easy and right program to do it.

take a video from youtube and rip the audio from it

Take another audio piece and put it in the middle of that song video.

So bascially a music editing software, but i need soemthing that can give me the audio file of that..

Suggestions?

Note: Doesnt matter if it costs money or not, i can get it

Well I don't know about editing the audio file but here is how to get an MP3 off of YouTube FREE:

Step 1: Get the FLV from the video using KeepVid.

Step 2: Convert the FLV to MP3 using FLV to MP3 converter.

PS: Maybe you can use Audacity to edit the MP3. Audacity is free as well.
