Definitely get rid of the Rosewill PSU, and get a nice Corsair 600W-750W PSU. I would switch the Thermaltake case for something like an Antec 300/900, and use that money towards a quad core processor. I would spend a bit less on the motherboard, and get something like this Gigabyte P45-based motherboard, or an Asus P5Q Pro. You might want to wait for Nehalem, since you're in the market.
Your choice of RAM seems okay, but I'd go for a 4GB Kingston HyperX kit.

one has 8x for sli and the other is only crossfire(sadly, its a good board) and can't run my cards in sli. but, get the antec 300, i got the 900, price is horrible. but i heard on black friday the antec 900 is going to lower to $60-70 bucks.

If you're not too much into looks, get an Antec Three Hundred. Costs like 1/3 of the price.
Get a cheaper motherboard, especially since you're not using 2 video cards.
And ditch the CPU and PSU combo. Seriously, buying that CPU and a good 500W PSU would be much cheaper. You won't need 750W anyways.
With the additional money you saved, you could probably upgrade to a 4870x2, or you can pocket the money instead.

i'm in ur newegg, savin u $300
Use the money saved to invest in a nice CPU and GPU cooler. For GPU I would recommend the Aerocool S1.
Don't buy ricer cases with windows and flashing LED's, they get old quick.
