I think i posted this in the right section but anyways here i go.....

So my family and I was using this computer and i like it alot and alot of downloaded and such things now it's offically my computer and i would like to clean EVERYTHING off of it and start new and fresh....

is this possible? reformatting i belive its called

anyone have a Tut or explain how i would accomplish this?

now i have a second problem....I dont have the windows xp disc i only have the one for dell

and i dont have the reg key for that one either??

Could anyone help me with this problem? maby the had the same and it worked or something?

put the cd in and play along with it saying that you want to install it etc.
when it comes to the part asking where you want to install it to select your hdd and look for something like drive options and click format, doesn't take long then you can re-install
if you're on an OEM machine look on the back of the computer for a holographic sticker with your key on it

no it was from my old dell computer now i got hp and we sold the dell computer i had so i have no idea what the reg key is and nowim still at the point on how am i going to reformat...

there has to be someone you know that has an XP disc. most people with a computer have one.

I suggest downloading a version of TinyXP, Rev 009. and mounted it with MagicISO.
