1. Grounding Strap (most important)
2. Power Supply
3. Case
4. Motherboard
5. Processor (CPU)
6. RAM
8. Hard Drive
7. Graphics Card
8. DVD/CD Drives/Burners
(**Operating System if you don't have one**)

Seriously, grounding straps or gloves are jokes in the DIY computer market. You'll do fine by grounding yourself on average things you'd have in your home, and save yourself $10 too. Just avoid touching the carpet or anything that will conduct electricity.
