I'll Open Start, Hit Restart, It'll Power down, but once it hits
" Saving Ur Settings " Screen It'll Fucking Freeze.
I'll have to end up pushing my restart button on my box.
Any Suggestions?

Its been like this ever since i downloaded hamachi ;( |
Boot up in safemode and delete it.
(Virus scan wouldn't be a bad idea either.)

it done that to me a few years ago, only it happened on normal shut down too.
if it is, its probably the same problem. (solution = get a new processor)

Eh, It actually restarted after 3-4 minuts at that screen.
EDIT: completely doesnt fucking restart.

did you delete hamachi, or UNINSTALL it?
and did you check to see if it's still there, since you did a system restore?
