i wanna learn them
1.how do you become expert/master cheater so fast when you only joined in 2008?
2.how can i +rep or -rep?
3.why i can't +rep or -rep?
4.how can i report someone when he/she did not follow the rules?
5.how/where can i raise up my number of posts?
6.where in my profile that can change my picture when i'm posting here?
7.why i can't fill my signature box in my profile?
8.why i can't post any urls when i'm posting here?
9.what happen when i have been +rep or -rep?
10.how can i delete their posts on my topic?
