its also like a filter.
there are a ton of newfags, most of which are huge faggots, but there is the occasional exception (like in tehboho's case)
we beat them down, and only the tough survive and become less faggotlike.

take me for example
when i was new i was a huge faggot (irl and on the forum)
now many people enjoy my company, and cefrs has helped me to become less of a faggot irl as well.

And look now.
