hey all i wanted to post somthing because, well i like posting things anyways. you can all play these classic console games on your computer!! WOW and its FREE!

These programs are called emulators if you dont know. They allow you to play console games on your computer, although you would need a HUGE @$$ computer to play just the ps2 generation up. (meaning dont ask for the following system emulators Xbox, Xbox 360, Ps2, Ps3, Gamecube or Wii. i wont spread things that big. wait till they get old and i might release em.)
But you can play the classics such as Playstion 1, GameBoy Advanced or Nintendo's masterpeice... The Super Nintendo, if you want to. Its much better then paying money for these awsome games.

Step 1:Download emulator(s)
Edited: Using official links now. I hate to break it to you, but even the PlayStation BIOS shouldn't be distributed. Also, no chance of any bad things if you're getting it straight from the source.o

Step 2: Setting up the emulator(s)

Nintendo 64 Instructions:
1)Extract the setup file to your desktop and run it
2)After its done installing go to My computer/C Drive/Program Files/Project 64 1.6 and make a shortcut to your desktop of the .exe file(if you dont have 1)
3)Procced to Step 3 of this thread then come back when told to.
4)open project 64 and click file
5)click choose rom directory and browse to your rom folder(if you went to step 3 of this thread like i said you will have one, GO THERE IF YA DIDNT)
6)click options then settings
7)set the graphics plugin to Jabo's Direct 3D8 1.6
8)set the sound plugin to Jabo's Direct Sound 1.6
9)set the conteroller plugin to Nrage's Direct Input8 V2 1.80a
10)click config then controller plugin
11)click the lower tab that says Controller Pak
12)click the dropdown menu, click mem pak and tick the rawdata square ON (meaning a check mark should be in it)
13)click new mempak/browse in the bottom left corner
14)browse to your project 64 folder and make a new folder called mempaks,
15)go in there, and at the bottom of the browse window type in mempak1
click open, and then click save in the config window
16)you should be all set to go, post any help you need.

Playstation instructions:
1)extract the files of the .rar to your program files directory (you should know how to get there)
2)run the ePSXe.exe
3)a wizard guide will greet you asking to configure your ePSXe(if not then click the tab config then hit wizard guide) so press the button [config>>]
4)the window will ask you for a bios(basic input output system)you should already have one there called scph1001 - USA thanks countless hours of me scowering the internet for it. (and 2 redbull drinks to keep me awake)
5)it will then ask you for a vidio plugin, this too i have provided just click it and click next
6)the sound driver is there to, next
7)ok this is the part you choose, it asks you for a cdrom plugin, if you are using windows 98/95/ME then choose ASPI core, if you are useing vista or XP choose the WNT/W2K plugin, hit next
8)configure the controllers by pressing config > game pad > port 1> pad 1, its obviouse what to do(note: ignore the rumble features at the side they dont work if your using a keyboard as your controller)
9)set up the memory cards by clicking config then memcards
10) browse to your memcard folder for both of the memory cards(for the first memcard use the file called epsxe000 and for the second use 001)
11)Procced to Step 3 of this thread then come back when told to.
12)click file then run iso and browse to your iso folder (you should have one if you went to step 3. GO THERE NOW IF YA DIDNT)
13)run the file and tadaa, playstation!!
you should be set to go but if you need help post it.

Super Nintendo Instructions:
1)extract the files to your program files folder
2)run the ZSNESW program
3)press space bar then press the little X in the top right cornner
4)Procced to Step 3 of this thread then come back when told to.
5)open ZSNESW and click config, input
6)ignore everything there and press set keys, and set the keys to wat u want
7)press ok and exit
its easier to launch your games this way rather than useing ZSNESW's crappy browsing system
8)open 2 windows... 1 to your zsnesw folder and 2 to your roms folder
9)click and drag the game u wanna play and there ya go

Original Nintendo Instructions
1)extract the contents to your program files folder
2)run nestopia
3)quit nestopia then procced to Step 3 of this thread then come back when told to.
4)open nestopia and click options then input to configure the controller
5)click file then open and browse to your rom directory to select a game (you should have one if you went to step 3, GO NOW IF YOU DIDNT)

I dont want to post the gba emulator and the multiplayer gba emulator because im tired and extremly bored but ill do it if more then 4 people post saying they want it. (or ill just do it tommorow when my fingers are out of the ice bucket) whatever comes first.

PM me if you need a certain game that isnt here, its faster for me to find them i have sources. Just tell me the game and the system.
