Cheat Engine

Well, on cheat engine, im trying to hack a game, but it doesnt show up on the list. I thought i found it, and i just clicked start a process, and when i tried to hack the health, real simple, it wouldn't find the second scan. Can anyone help?

if its a browser game you gotta scan the browser your using (firefox, internet explorer,etc) then try. If its a php game it will be tougher, if you need more help just ask...
