Microsoft has today bid farewell to laser with the expected launch of its BlueTrack technology - a new tracking system that'll allow users to mouse on virtually any surface.
I was reading an article about this , on Gizmodo. They have something like 4,000 DPI and virtually no lag time. Not to mention one of the models comes with a charge kit. It's pretty cool. Its called the sidewinder X8.
I guess... The thing is, it would still be more tedious scrolling on carpet or something. More effort. So it might register, it would just feel really awky. _________________
