From the old thread, I got all your favorite workout songs.

Now, I need some help. Would this workout help me lose weight/gain muscle in 2-3 months?

15 weight dumbbell
2 sets of 15 Dumbbell Curls (left and right hand)
2 sets of 15 Dumbbell Squats
2 sets of 15 Dumbbell Bench Presses
2 sets of 15 Triceps Extensions
3 sets of 15 Crunches
10 minutes of "The Board" (lol thanks gavin)
(gradually increase until I'm not a fat shit anymore)

I'm hoping on doing this every other day (e.g. monday, wednesday, friday, etc;) for a few months and increase the weight and number of sets gradually until I get used to it.

I'm also hoping on getting a treadmill sooner or later and use it for about 20-30 minutes since I'd rather not run outside in my neighborhood or in any of the parks.

Is this fine or could I add more things to do/get tips?
I'm eating healthy so I don't need tips on diet.

Do what the models do. Stick your finger down your throat and throw up non-stop. Sure it might cause a stomach acid problem. But hey that's life.

For breakfast, eat a bowl of oatmeal, an appal (Or tomatoe), and some yogurt.

Go running, untill you throwup. Then do 40 pushups.

Repeat.

But that's unhealthy. It's not just about losing weight. :(

@freezer: Aight. Just plain oatmeal? I have some brown sugar ones that's my favorite. And I'm working on the pushups, my fat ass can do at least 2.

Yeah, I'm working on that.
I was thinking of waking up early (before the negroes get up) and walking to my friend's house and back (at least 30 minutes to and back) and then running a few blocks. I'd appreciate a treadmill sooner or later, though, so I can run on it while I watch TV or some shit.

Oh, alright. Pace yourself and make sure you have the breathing down.

Don't push yourself too hard and don't starve yourself.

You are on a diet but you are trying to gain muscle. You're going to need a decent amount of calories so they can rebuild.

As for myself I used to follow a 2 day a week rest. Wednesday and Saturday. Make sure to rest. Overworking will lead to deterioration.

But it's not like you're going to run with your laptop, phone, iPod and 500 dollars.
I, personally, don't take anything, just my house key.
Maybe, if you want, you can take something to listen while you run, if you are running alone.

Aha. I had problems with breathing but after a few minutes I got it. I set the sets so low so I can get used to it, so I'm pacing. I have heavier weights for later on.

And gavin told me about a 5/4 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones so I get enough calories. I also cut out soda for now and drink water/milk/Vitamin Water.

I was also thinking of Monday work, Tuesday rest, Wednesday work, etc; or is that too much?

@Godlike: Yeah, true. I'll run in the mornings if I can get up. It's not that I'm worried about getting jumped or anything, it's just I feel odd running around here. I do fine in the suburbs. But like I said, I'll get up around 6 or 8 and go for a quick jog.

Edit: If someone posts I'll bump this in the morning after my JOG. Gotta hit the sack. Night nubs. <3
