| I dont know what i did, but suddenly all my colours changed from bright to.. well.. sucky darker colours, Ctrl+z doesnt help, +rep or -rep for the person who tells me to undo this.

you probably wanted to re-do a step so pressed Ctrl+Y which changes the color values. Most people forget that when you want to redo a step in PS you have to press Ctrl+Shift+z.
Pressing Ctrl+Y again should change the color value back to what it was originally
