like when im just going through pages on the internet it will freeze the browser and i cant close it
then things like bittorrent just not respond and when i delete something the box saying deleteing says 'not responding' then the only way i have to fix it atm it to restart computer.
i want to no is this cause of a virus or something like that, i only have 5gb left on my c:, just saying cause it might help

5gb is pretty unsafe in my opinion... Quickly uninstall things. That may not be your problem though, maybe you have so much shit (shit as in programs and pointless programs) running that it crashes.

Try going to start > run > type msconfig > then go to start up and untick unnecessary things starting up?

you have 3 option's.
1.Delete everything You don't need.
2.Buy a new 1TB HDD.
3.Reformat because you probably have a million viruses that you havent even found yet, your pc will run reallyreally really slow, and yah.
I recommend 2 and 3

if your hardrive is full, that doesn't make your computer slow
Hardrive whatso-ever does not effect your computer's performance
Unless the stuff inside it is executed

Zirak the hard drive actually can affect the computers performance.. Older hard drives compared to newer ones are more capable of faster data transfer. Like Serial-ATA to Parallel-ATA.
