So today I was in my philosophy class, and the teacher brings up the question of what is reality.


And I state that the world around us is real.

So he says, if you mean your 5 senses then it is merely nerve cells sending signals to the brain, nothing is real but your own self because you cant deny your own existance because by doing so you are proving that you exist.


So I say:


Oh really?
So you are saying that I cant deny my self, and that I am the only real thing in my world.
According to that logic, i created you and this world. Meaning I can now call my self a god. Why? Because i am the only real thing and because i am the only real thing then I decide what is real and what is not.
Therefore, You are real cuz i allowed it, and since i am real, everything i say must be real cuz i said so.
Meaning i now can declare my self a god and because you are part of my reality, i am the god of you, and everything around me.


And he couldnt counter that argument ._.
