Flash and Visual Basic are two completely different programming lanuages, so no.

Try adobe flash 8 if you wanna make a flash game. Try direct X If you wanna make a game with vb2008. (DirectX is really dangerous, when I used it before I froze my system about 5 times because I used teh wrong buffer and settings ._.)
