Is it good?
Do you have internet on it?

I bought it used online, but I is seriously just like a brand new one. No scratches, even on the back.
Yea, I have internet and it work like a charm. I am currently in the process of jail breaking it, and updating to 2.0.
Oh, and I paid it 180$. (Which I think is really cheap)

1. As long as it doesn't have any damage, that's pretty good.

3. That's a pretty good price, considering he could have sold it for more in the condition you say it's in.

I used to have the 16gig iPod Touch and when I bought the new iPhone 3G when it came out, I sold it for ~$375.

A brand new one is 320 so I don't think he could have sold it for $300+, It was in mint condition, but it was still unpacked and used.
