I currently have. NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE.

Im looking to buy one. What I don't know is what the numbers mean. I know the first number is what generation it is. Like mine is the sixth gen. Im thinking of getting an 8th generation, since it's not to expensive.

My screen size is 21.6 inches and resulutin is 1680x1050, I want this card for gaming and duel monitors. Please reccomend me one.

I'd recommend a HD4850 or, if you can afford one, a HD4870.
Although, what kind of games are you going to play?
If it's going to be very low-end games, like Minesweeper, your current graphics card should be able to run that, otherwise you should be fine with a HD4870, if you're going to be playing CoD4 or something similar.

Would any card work on my computer? Becuase some of them said Overclocked....

Any specific price range? AMD/ATI is doing better in the dedicated graphics region with their 48xx series.

With an 8800GT (about $100), you should be able to play including Crysis at medium settings at your monitor's native resolution (assuming your other specs don't bottleneck your card). I'm not sure how well it fares with a dual monitor setup.

"Factory overclocked" cards should work just as well as stock-spec clocked cards, although they might be a bit faster. I wouldn't recommend them to you, unless you're paying less for them compared to their stock-spec clocked counterparts. You can easily overclock graphics cards yourself.
