CE IS A MEMORY EDITOR, FOR SINGLEPLAYER GAMES.

WPE IS FOR EDITING PACKETS, WHICH IS ONLINE.

THEY'RE BOTH FUCKING DIFFERENT. CANNOT BE COMPARED.
