Try browsing to your program files and delete that smart program.
If access is denied, then right click the folder and give yourself permission.
If that doesn't work, go to cmd and make admin acc active by doing this command:
| Code: |
net user administrator /active:yes
|
Then log off and log into your administrator accoutn and delete that smart program.

Do you think if I delete the program files it will go away?
Or will it try to open the .exe and mess up?

Ok I deleted all the files and removed it from the registry and then when I open a browser it says contentwatch not found and then I can't go anywhere.
Had to restore to factory defaults and I'm still stuck with it.

I had the same problem with avast. Wouldn't let me exit or uninstall and when I tried to end the process, it kept telling me access is denied >.<
Just call the company and ask them =/
