I am trying to make a trainer for Perim Protector and I have the .swf file uploaded to my own server for simplicity's sake.

Anyway, most of the "How to" threads here have similar advice -- ie, use vb6 and SoThink... make a button, yada yada... no problems there.

I have the Base and Movie URLs filled in correctly but when I test with F5, I only get a gray box where the game should appear. However, when I swap out those URLs with another game -- just to see if it's my error or a particular game -- the game appears.

My questions are:

(1) Could it be that Godaddy (where my hosting account is) has some kind of block for the type of communication needed between server and client... or... is it just that Perim Protector is a harder hack?

(2) Also, in lots of newer Flash games, there are soooo many AS files that it's hard to find the one with the money/cash/gold variable and if found, its name and value are often expressed in compound terms, so trying to locate (for example) "starting gold = 100" is a longshot. Is there a way to search ALL the AS files at once for a particular string using SoThink? I seem to have to select the file on the right and search it alone, then move to the next.
