Some UCE's crash my Win2K and unrandomizer help

UCE's like Dual Engine and NT Engine crash my Win2K. Opening them, then closing them and reopening them causes it to crash and I have to reboot. Even if it is just run the first time, going into a game causes it to crash as well. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Also, why do they cause my svchost to eat up some cpu and my hard drive to seek for 20 seconds everytime I boot into Win2K now?

Next is my problem with unrandomizer. The first time I used it on a game, it worked fine. Now it just locks the game up.
