High Setting Water Cooling (Loud)

Cpu Temperature

1°C - 10°C when its ideal doing nothing

4°C - 12°C surfing the web

12°C - 17°C playing games

Low Setting Water Cooling (Quite)

Cpu Temperature

10°C - 12°C when its ideal doing nothing

16°C - 22°C surfing the web

25°C - 33°C playing games

Should I use the high setting with pretty loud noise or low setting with less noise?

Also not over clocking my Cpu or anything.

Should I over clock my Cpu, if so how can I do it?

Type : Central Processor
Family : Pentium 4 Processor
Manufacturer : Intel
Version : Intel Celeron D CPU 3.46 GHz
Voltage : 1.3V
External Clock : 133 MHz

High. I doubt it's THAT loud. And it's way safer for your CPU.

I have a hard time hitting 33C just idling with my stock fan. But then again, I have a quad core, which outputs more heat (and my stock cooler).

It depends on whether high actually bothers you. If the sound really is a problem, then turn it down. Both the high and low speeds give you extremely good temperatures.

You do realize that the sound could be coming from other parts in the computer, GPU fans are sometimes known to do that.

Meh, I would have gotten a better processor and stuck with a third-party cooler, or even the stock cooler.

most of my other stuff are pretty quite

P180 Case already kills alot of the sound.

The only other parts are

Antec Phantom 500W Silent Power Supply
2 GB ram
Hard Drive
1 Very Low Speed 120 MM fan

don't have video card, don't play any games that needs one.

Also is it the higher the Ghz on the Cpu the Faster the computer load programs or something?

I don't really agree, 33C at max is nothing.

Agreed. 33C is really.. NOTHING.

My idle temperature is 39C with stock fan, but I have a quad core..
Though it won't go higher than 50C not even when playing crysis..

that's what both programs reading the temp say

right now my cpu is 73C =/

Edit: In speed fan I can see 4 different fans, one is 85% another is 100%, the third 0% and the fourth 70%.

Will changing them all to 100% be good idea?

I know that, but if you had a choice for 10 degrees cooler, I would go for that. I was just wondering if the noise was worth it.
