Processor- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz quad-core
Motherboard- ASUS P5K/EPU Socket 775 Intel P35 chipset
Memory- 2GB DDR2 800MHz (2x1GB)
Hard Drive- 500GB SATA
Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT 512MB DDR3
Optical Drive 20X DVD-writer SATA
Chassis Antec Sonata III Quiet Mid Tower
Power Supply 500W PSU

I built something similar to that for around 900 dollars ( 650w PSU, Antec 900 case, different mobo )
It is a good build

Slightly different mobo, Antec 900 mid-atx, 600W PSU and a ATI HD 4850 is the only difference between your build and mine.
I might consider switching to your mobo, though. Cheaper and seems to offer more.
What HDD are you getting? Currently the one I'm getting is 500Gig and costing me 60$.

My build has the same processor and motherboard, they run smoothly together. I haven't started to overclock yet, but I think you can gain a shitload amount of performance doing so.
