How do i find out what Kind if Graphic Card i have? cuz i need driver's

i found these on my graphic card idun if that whats it called but here.

1#: Hp cPc p/n: 5188-2907 <that is the first thing i seen on it. hes 2#

2#: S/n 08-195-028155 < thats the 2# now the 3#

3#: CT: k890001RDW1LQ3 < thats the 3# and the 4th is just a name.

4#: Reva < thats the name i seen for the 4th thing which one of these whould it be?

Start -> Run -> "dxdiag" -> Press 'Yes' if a dialog box comes up -> Display.

It should (98% of the time) provide the exact graphic card model.

If you're using an on-board graphics card, grab your Motherboard Model (Use CPU-Z -> Mainboard -> Model) and Google it.

Apologies, but it is very hard to understand what you're saying, so my help is very limited.

I think it is best that you use Everest Ultimate (zyndr0m provided), as it is simple, and more direct; if anything.

You might want to take a look at this. It seems like you have a modem addon card, you only told us the information on the modem, and not on the graphics card. On my graphics card, there is a label on the back detailing the exact model and holding the warranty.

In Windows Vista, it should be under Display. It's probably the same for other Windows operating systems too.

Yes, you can download either Everest, as suggested by the posters above me, or download GPU-Z which is a bit lighter in file size.

okay i think i got all the garphics card thing but now i need the driver that makes all the icons and stufff smaller, like everthing is big. what driver is that?
