On Peru really noone cares about things. the only way you can get the police attention by internet here is being a king pedo with massive redistribution o pedo DVDs or hacking a bank

Code:

1)Hack into a network(That has bank records) without any detection.
2)Send those bank records to your computer.
3)Send a raw packet(Containing a bank record) from the network's IP address to said bank.
4)While they send you 14+ packets containing statement info you better look at the first packet.
5)Boom, their network is unguarded while the packets are being sent.
6)Hack into the system without any detection(Should be 2-3mins)
7)Do what you want, you have 3 mins before those packets reach the network's server and they cut you off.
