You can use CPU-Z or AIDA32

or an x-ray a look through the casing if your trying to find where it is.

hmm okay, i wanted to look at my motherboard whould it be the one that looks like this? M2N68-LA? and whould i have to go to hpcompaq Site?

It will not update, but instead it will give you a direct link the the download site.
