I start up my computer, everything is working fine except right after it logs me into my account, it's just a blank blue screen and I have to wait 2-3 minutes before all the icons and taskbar pop up (I can't start task manager either).
I tried getting rid of all unnecessary startup programs using msconfig but to no avail...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
