Well, I was recently Ip-Banned from a forum for a reason I'm not aware of. I want to change my Ip-Address; however, I use wireless internet preventing me from changing it so easily. How would I change my Ip address without resetting the router? (It's off limits) Thanks for the help. Also, if you have any programs that are useful towards this, please refer them. ontopic:U can use HotSpot shield if u wanna play games with different ip. Im using hotspot to get access to North America Only games, like rumble fighter and mabinogi. (Im from Europe)

No it will not, changing ip does not effect the speed of ur internet.
