Will not be buying a new computer and my computer is pretty old
It has a free trial of Norton 2005 < Thats how old it is.

Prices from 30-50$ ,

I need a cheap & good graphics card for no lag in Counter Strike Source and 1.6

I don't feel like looking around for it.

Got a link for it?

I've got some bad news for you my friend, that board doesn't have PCI-e nor AGP. You need a new board if you want to upgrade your graphics card.

PCI video cards are a terrible solution. Apart from there not being even enough bandwidth to feed the video card, it will eat up the rest of your PCI bandwidth that your hard drive etc. needs.

Bro, I can run CS 1.6 on a sewing machine.

CS:S can probably sneak by on low settings alright. Force the DirectX 7 codepath and you'll probably be OK.
