Whatever color your PCI-E slot is.
On the one I'm getting, they are Blue and Black.

White slots are usually regular PCI slots. Unless your card is really old and uses that interface, then no, it does not go in the white slots. Refer to the card's manual or the box, it should tell the interface. Then look at the motherboard's manual or computer manual. It should highlight which slot your graphics card should fit in.

Blue and Black slots that have the two little white ones in between are the PCI-E slots.

Well. It is an SLI board. So yeah, bridge them.
Or any other hardware that required a PCI-E slot.

You can fit 2 different cards, but unless they are the same cards (same model, both NVIDIA chipsets, although they can be of different manufacturers) they won't work together.
Put your single card in the top blue slot. The black slot might have an electric limitation to x8 or x4 speed (when used in SLi).
