Ok i keep getting a blue screen on my laptop that says exactly

Code:

STOP:c0000128 {registry file failure}
The registry can not load the hive (file)
\systemroot\system32\config\software
or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt absent or not writable

Then it collects a dump and such.

it wont go any farther and i dont have a boot disc nor blanks to make one.
Does anyone know how to make the pc run its boot repair without a cd? My desktop does it but this one cant seem to.
