Well I'm sitting here doing shit and then my taskbar goes away.
It was happening like every minutes or two, I restarted and it still went on for a while but now it stopped.
I think it happens whenever I open up something like my documents, running housecall now.

Do a System Restore, you current situation: Fucked up.

or Download Kaspersky Internet Security ASAP (+Pirate keys) and do a FULL system scan, including network and encrypted packets, then download Xoftspy (+Crack) and do a full smart system scan, then insert your OS disk, go to "Start" -> "Run" -> SFC /SCANNOW

I don't have a XP CD and now it's restarting every 5 seconds, regardless of scans with spybot and nod32.
Does anyone have a fresh explorer.exe for windows home that I can replace mine with?
I heard that worked for someone.

Download the Ewedo suite trial, and then Microsoft antispyware trial.

Use File>New task>iexplorer.exe in order to open up your explorer.
Im pretty sure its 3 trojans that should be deleted.

Yeah actually iexplorer is internet explorer, the issue I have is my actual computer... You know the taskbar at the bottom and ALL local windows.
That explorer.exe
it closes and opens every 5 seconds.
