Does this help for errors that pup up all the time?

My Computer>C:/>Properties>tools>Defragmention.

It will "compress" your data to concentrated fragments on your HDD instead of thousands and thousands of fragments, thus speeding reading time.

It won't fix any errors, but will, for sure speed your computer.
(well, you may not notice it unless you haven't defragmented for like 6 months)
