I need a new CPU fan as I only have AMD stock fan.
The reason WHY is because I intend to overclock my CPU,
and I know for a fact that the stock fan will not be sufficient.
So I'm asking you CEF... Any recommendations?
Oh, and I have a budget of 50 € (about 80 USD)
Here's my specs:
AMD Phenom X4 9750
MSI K9A2 Neo-F (Socket AM2+)
GeForce 9600GT -overclocked-
2Gb Kingston HyperX 1066Mhz

Even if you get a new cooler, you won't be getting much of an overclock. Phenoms are proving to be mediocre overclockers (around 400MHz overclock at the most-so 3.1GHz top with air cooling on the Black Edition versions).
What are your current temperatures? If they're with 30-35C idling, then you can probably overclock fine with the stock cooler. You can use CoreTemp or SpeedFan to find out what your temperatures are.
The Thermaltake Big Typhoon is great, but it'll cost you about $50. If you want something cheaper, the Cooler Master TX2 Ultra looks nice (for about $25), but I can't remember if it works on AM2+ CPUs.

I just had a feeling that superweapons was gonna be the first one to reply.
It seems you are at Computer Talk 24/7
And back to topic:
I know the Phenoms aren't great to overclock,
but 400 Mhz is better than nothing..
My CPU idle temperature is 44'C by average (113'F)
That's why the stock cooler really isn't enough.

i have an Ultra 120 and it keeps me idle at 35 on my quad core clocked at 3.8 so thats good. 47 at 3.2 after 3 hours of full prime95. stock speed 2.4
They also fit AMD so i say go for one of them.

Exactly.
I might go for the Ultra 120, but it's HUUUGE!
I need to "investigate" if it'll fit with my other parts and my case.
