Well, I've had this laptop since November 2007 and it is running Vista which I have found no problem with except for this HP Health Check. Every time I see it running, I think to myself, 'Oh shi-' and it BSoDs right after I see in the system tray a bubble that says "HP Health Check is running". Then when it turns back on, it says there was an error with IAStor.sys and gives me a link to download something from Intel which I had downloaded maybe 3 times before I reformatted (not for this reason) and then just today, I got it again. I downloaded the thing from Intel again but now, I just want to stop it from running completely.
Does anyone know where it is located or how I can stop it from just running at the specified time it does run at?
The exe is HPHC.exe if you wanted to know.

I finally found it, took the search like 30 minutes to find, I just renamed it and HPHC_Scheduler.exe so now it shouldn't come up any more.
