Well whenever i try to play multiplayer it says server authentication failed or version mismatch..

tried updating and reinstalling

During installation, the game doesn't do an online check for your CD-key. When you're playing multiplayer, it will.

how the hell am i suppose to burn a 6.0gb game on a 4.7 dvd r

I think this is getting to the point of "warez talk". If you bought the legal version, then obviously, you'd just stick the DVD into your available drive bay, and install the patch.

Why don't you try a double layer disc? If you can't fit your files into a 4.37GB DVD (it takes formatting and stuff, doesn't it?), then you can use a double layer disc. I would tell you the other way to do, which would be free and much easier, but I'm not sure if it would be exactly legal to tell you how to do it.

It's obvious you downloaded a pirated version of Crysis. If so, you don't need to burn it to a disc. Just use Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools and mount the image. With all illegal copies of games, you can't play multiplayer. That's just the way it is, unless you're good at cracking 120 bit hashes.
