a co-worker of mine is trying to get files off a hard drive from 1993. He's putting it in an up to date dell server. He can't use a flash drive because it doesn't have any USB ports. Can this be done?

Floppy drive or CD works or email or a file storage website.

Take the hard drive out and put it in a computer that already has a hard drive and USB ports.. Take out the hard drive of the computer your putting it into. Now put in your hard drive with the files. Boot off that hard drive, and then plug in a flash drive or external hard drive through a USB port and copy the files. Take the hard drive out of that computer and put the original back in.

EDIT:

If there are so little files it can fit on a flash drive, then do what Ajax said.
