I remember you posted a similar build here before. Anyways:
CPU: It's good (depending on the price).
Motherboard: There's the EP35-DS3L at the same price now, but that's the thing technology, it keeps on moving forward (by the specs, P45 boards look nice).
RAM: It's good too.
Case: You really don't need to get an awesome (and expensive) case, but it's up to you.
PSU: You won't be using the 750W, even if you do get the 4870X2, at most 650-700W. It could be spent on getting a more respectable brand.
CPU Fan: Nice (better than stock), but there are better choices if you pay $5-$20 more (Big Typhoon/Tuniq Tower). You could get the money from getting a cheaper case.
HDD: Good brand, but I'm not sure you'll use up 1TB. You might want to get a RAID controller and going RAID 1 or RAID 10 with them.
Monitor: Good choice, but I prefer Samsung (but since you already had it, it's better than coughing up the cash for another one).
Video card: Horribly underpowered, much better deals at the price point (I think by the time that you'll be getting the video card upgrade, NVIDIA might have a new release that puts the HD4800-series to shame-at a good price).

id just like to say...
Have fun with your electricty bill
Also, "You really dont need to get an awesome and expensive case¨ it isnt really too expensive if you take into account of how it will keep his HDD at fridged temps... his CPU at a sexy temp... his GPU and a constant temp and have a lot of room.

I don't intend to RAID, the motherboard doesn't support it.
I'm going to probably just switch over the components to a Crossfire build in a year or two, unless something comes out which smokes the 4800 series.
Other than that, I'm pretty content with my build.

It was $160 more when I got my Q6600 for $180 a few months ago. It wasn't a very good deal back then, and it still isn't an awesome deal today, although the price has dropped about $75.
Yeah, it does use 45nm technology, and supports SSE4, but it doesn't do as well in overclocking with a 7.5x multiplier (forcing a 1600MHz FSB just for 3GHz; also, some motherboards don't natively support 45nm Yorkfield technology and multipliers with .5 extensions), and it has 2MB less of L2 cache. I still think the Q6600 is a better deal, in the mid/high-end gamer section ($800-$1000).
He already has this system, I doubt he would like to spend over $200 on another processor, when he already has a similar performing one.

Actually, the GA-P35-DS3L is a great overclocking board.
I've already ordered these parts, I was just seeking commentary.
Q6600 > Q9300, I can overclock it to that level anyway.

| No, not to 45nm, to 3.2 or whatever Q9300 is.

Okay and how do you make up for the 45nm?
