Well Im wondering if there is anything that will convert a texted image into text in like microsoft word

like for an example

i scan a paragraph and it comes out as a jpeg image, is there anyway to put that text into like microsoft word?

for easier editing?

OmniPage is what i've used before and it works really well. you can use it for scanned documents, pictures, whatever.

and this also will edit those pdfs that for some reason you cant edit (protected pdfs)

It's called OCR (optical character recognition). It comes with most scanner programs.
