How do I cheat?

Look no one has helped me with my last post, can someone please help me out. I'm new to this shit and I need to know what I'm doing. Again this is what I've done..


Downloaded CE ver 5.2
Tried the tut but it didn't work for some reason?
When I open my MS and CE my comp reboots (I need bypass I kno)
Then I need to know how to search for addresses or someone help me with hacks such as vac, godmode, ectt.......
