Cheat Engine

Well I'm planning to buy a new pc.
The thing is, I really want a quad core processor& 22" Monitor but all pc's with a quad core&22"Monitor are way over my budget which is 800€ (1200$)
Do you think I should go with a dual core or look further for a quad core?
And if you think I should go with a dual which one do you suggest?

(costs 55 euro's tho but anywayz)

If you really want a quad core then you should go with that. You might regret it if you dont. Maybe have a look on ebay. I'v seen some really good deals on pre-built quad pcs. You might not get the monitor with the package but if you shop around, you might get what your looking for in your price range.
