If I have ram and a mobo that has DDR2 and I want to buy a video card with GDDR3 or DDR3, will it work?

Holy shit lol

Yes, the graphics card will work... Graphics card RAM has nothing to do with your mobo

Your mobo could have DDR ram and your graphics card could have DDR1412347345 and it would still work, as long as you have a PCI-E slot.

Yes, it should work as long as you have the correct interface. The RAM type on your motherboard doesn't have to be the same as the RAM on your GPU, they are 2 different parts.

Depending on your motherboard, yes. Pci-e or AGP.
