i need a program for putting an ip in and then it taking me to their desktop just for fun I INTEND TO NOT USE THIS FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES BUT TO MESS WITH MY FRIENDS

The best one you could possibly use is bonzai buddy, it's made exactly for this purpose. It should be on google. Maybe even try downloading storm worm or something onto your computer, then using storm worm it will present you with a gui that you just need to enter your friends IP into and it will take over their computers.
The guys above this post don't know what they're talking about. They just don't want you to be able to do this, because you might to it to them.

To the above poster... You are so fail it aint even funny... If you could hack into someones computer with just there IP, everyone on the internet would be hacked/hacking one another! Your IP is wide open to the internet... every website you go on you leave your IP...
You first have to put a file on that persons computer or open some ports on there computer before you can do anything...

A lot of the time you don't even need a file on their computer. Just a good exploit  I remember doing some testing with IE exploits, one which allowed me to take over their computer when they just viewed a webpage. Once they viewed the webpage, it will open a reverse connection to my computer. Viola i'm in.
(I hope 'to the above poster' doesn't refer to me.. If so, you fail)

buddy you fail so bad. I garruntee Noz > you. Like he said, you would have more luck invading their house and using their computer than taking it over with just their ip.

um i am 11 years old not jking but dont you need like sub7 trojan,or admin remote, and internal ip?
if you guys cant make a program il try to find someone who can but my friends and i hacked microsoft but let us go because of our age
