I have 2 320GB 7200R/PM HDD.
1 is SATA
1 is IDE
How do I install Raid 0 on them?
Will I have to Reformat?
Will the Raid be faster than the Single HDD?
Tnx for ur help

They need to both be SATA (I think).

I'm not sure you'll have to have both hard drives be SATA (but from all the RAID setups I've seen, they've used multiple SATA drives).
You have to check if your motherboard has a RAID controller. If it doesn't, you can buy a RAID controller extension card.
I think you won't have to reformat for RAID 0. For RAID 1, then probably the second hard drive (or the hard drive you don't want to duplicate).
RAID is for 2 hard drives, so comparing them against 1 is a different matter. RAID 0 provides increased speed (read/write), so there should be a noticeable performance boost.

| They have to both be either SATA or IDE, and you have to have the corresponding RAID controller as well.

Both have to be SATA or IDE. Stick with SATA though, they aren't that expensive nowadays either.
