For a while now Ive been looking around for a cheap laptop to complement my desktop replacement, and I've been trying to decide between a few laptops. All that I need this for is just so I have something to take with me. I don't care what the OS is, I don't care about the CPU. All I'm using it for is watching videos, taking to and from work and classes, and maybe flash games online, or free MMORPGs.
I'm not willing to break the 500$ price range, and would rather to not have to go above 450$ (but I know that's nearly impossible).
These are the ones I've been looking at (in order of what I think of them):
1) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834101148
2) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834147757
3) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834101141
4) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834107018
I don't know how the T5250 compares to the TL-58 or the TK-57 in terms of pure processing or battery life. And that's the other thing, I'd like to have the one with the most battery life. If I were to get one of the first, I could purchase a 2gig of RAM to increase the ram (found one for 30$).
As I said, I have no clue on what battery life will be like with these, so any help with that would be awesome.
And as a last resort (one that I'd rather not have to use, but could):

The main reason I don't want this is the size. I find it annoying to type on 13.3" macs as it is, and a 8.9" would drive me insane. (Plus I don't feel like having to deal with Linux. While I like Linux, I don't need a good OS, just a "functional" one... stupid Vista...)
