What disk? If you wanna delete everything, re-format or install a new hard-drive.

How bad do you want this data gone? To really remove any trace, you'll need to completely overwrite the data with new data 2-3 times, then zero it. When you delete a file, it really only deletes the entry in the file system and can still be recovered, the data needs to be overwritten to truly get rid of it.
