How do I cheat?

If you've ever played on extreme worlds (RPG creator) that, you will realize that you cant hack it with cheat engine. When you open XW it will say:
Cannot run XW with Cheat Engine running... So my question is: Can you sort of hide it so it is not detected by XW?

try enabling stealthmodes
and if that fails, get the sourcecode and edit it till it won't detect it anymore
