I was playing WC3 then the game suddenly freezes and lags like hell which i got all the player super mad at me. i thought it was only freezing or lagging like hell only on WC3, but i tried other games such as Maplestory,Counter-Strike, and other games,so i thought it was my internet connection, so i resetted the modem,let my modem rest for couple hours,even called my ISP to see the problem,nothing was wrong.So,i thought it was my computer so I even tried NON-ONLINE GAMES(SINGLE PLAYER) they even freeze. same shit happened. it randomly happened suddenly.
I thought i got virus, but no, because i reformatted my computer and know anyway or what to fix this problem. cause i really cant play games with this super horrible lag... thanks for taking ur time reading 
i let my computer rest for 1 whole day too.

i used this computer for now exactly 1year and 2 months.

EDIT: did something die inside my desktop?
EDIT2: my computer has been resetted many times because of rain, maybe that did some damage to my computer?
EDIT3: rain storm striked my computer before realy really long time ago, the desktop would turn on for like until the window screen and shuts off,but i got that fixed. maybe thats happening the samet hign?

well it was dusty, i used the HOME VACCUM and sucked every dusty thing i can.
oh yeah also to mention the desktop is okay, its only on GAMES.

COMPRESSEDDD AIRRR FTWW!
[but if you do it too much youll get a heart attack, ive done it about 20 times and no problem, you just laugh you're ass off. i did the mchammer when i was on it.]
Instructions;
1.) Get you're air compressor/duster.
2.) Take off red tube.
3.) Stick air compressor/duster to lips.
4.) Push nozzle.
5.) Inhale.
6.) Laugh and be high for a minute or so.
7.) Redo.
USE AT YOU'RE OWN RISK. I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU ARE INJURED.
and onsubject; it might be you're fps while in game?
