You might want to take a look at the Computer Build Catalog Sticky.
What are you going to use it for?
Do you already have any parts (for example, an extra optical drive or a hard drive)?
Do you have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or speakers already?

Throw in a HD for $60 or so, dvd drive for $30, case for $100, not taking further combo's and rebates into account.
Maybe switch out mobo for something cheaper if you're not going to be bothering with overclocking, or maybe switch it to a EGVA 750i FTW RETARDED EDITION.
